Our positioners are designed to improve worker ergonomics for welding, torching, cutting, or cladding operations by allowing for adjustable in-position welding. Adjustable Head & Tailstock Positioners are offered in weight capacities ranging from just a few thousand pounds and up to tens of thousands of pounds to handle large weldments. Available options range from simple hand controls to robotic interfacing servo package. We also offer custom designed Headstock & Tailstock solutions to fit your project specifications.

No matter the size of the weldment, the Heavy Duty Head & Tailstock can be optioned to be adjustable with rail system (on the Adjustable Head & Tailstock) to move in an out for width, and a vertical control option to keep the operator working in the ergonomic window.

In-Position
Welding

Keeping welds safe and efficient is a huge priority among welders. By being able to control height and width and have multi-axis control of the weldment, workers can feel confident and comfortable while welding in-position every time.

Electric

All of our welding positioners feature an electric slew bearing & ball screw lift system, eliminating hydraulic fluid mess and any fire hazards that would normally be an issue.
