High Precision Mechanical Turntables
The High Precision Mechanical Turntable offers highly accurate rotation, ideal for applications that require precise positioning, with an accuracy of up to 0.01”. Standard capacities reach up to 5,000 lbs, with custom options available. It can be integrated into existing or future work cells, compatible with all major robotic controllers. Round or rectangular tops are offered in any size, and wheel support can be added for oversized table tops, making this turntable adaptable for various industrial needs.

What’s the difference between a Mechanical Turntable and an Air Caster Turntable?
Mechanical Turntables can be used in environments without an air supply as required by our Air Caster Turntables. They’re also great for outdoor areas or situations where the ability to run for an extended amount of time is necessary.

What maintenance can I expect for Mechanical Turntables?
The maintenance for mechanical turntables includes:
- Monthly inspection for structural cracks, loose bolts, and concrete legs for tightness.
- Inspection of wires for looseness.
- Checking the oil level in the gear motor.
- Annual greasing of the slew bearing.
Tabletop hatches provide access to internal components, simplifying maintenance without the need for full disassembly
