On the off chance that you lose an air caster, we’ve made them easy to replace without removing the load with our slide-out air caster trays.

Everyone cares about efficiency in their facilities - even us. With Air Caster Turntables, while one side is being loaded up with a product or material, the other side can be unloaded by another operator or forklift - keeping workers at a safe distance from forklift activity.

What kind of maintenance should I expect for the High Speed Air Caster Turntables?
While our Air Casters are made with high quality materials, you may find yourself with a worn down Air Caster after extended use. These can easily be replaced thanks to our slide-out trays, allowing for easy access to replace the Air Casters if necessary.
How easy is it to repair or perform maintenance on the High Speed Air Caster Turntable?
We designed our High Speed Air Caster Turntables to make it simple and quick to replace all internal components stored in the center housing; such as the drive, the shot pin.
What is the capacity of each side of the High Speed Air Caster Turntable?
With a total capacity of 10,000 lbs., each side of the turntable can hold up to 5,000 lbs. Higher capacity variants are available upon request and can be designed by our Engineers.
