Jeff Bothe is the Chief Operating Officer at Align Production Systems, where he leverages over 15 years of experience in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments and a decade in automotive assembly to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional value to customers.

As COO, Jeff is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. He is dedicated to implementing strategic initiatives that not only enhance operational efficiency but also align with customer needs, resulting in high-quality, customized solutions that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s spending time with friends and family, or simply exploring nature. He is happily married to Kelly, and together they love beach vacations and discovering new foods and restaurants to try.
