Flush Floor Air Caster Turntable
Flush Floor Air Caster Turntables use Air Caster technology installing the turntable in-ground for operations that require seamless interaction with forklifts or rail systems. This flush floor model maintains all the benefits of our Round Air Caster Turntables, while offering a low-profile design for easy rotation. With capacities up to 16,000 lbs and custom options available, these turntables enhance production efficiency by allowing simultaneous rack loading and unloading, all while ensuring safe separation between workers, forklifts, and robotic systems.

Drivable Surface
Flush Floor Air Caster Turntables are commonly designed to handle traffic like fork trucks, vehicles and other equipment driving on the surface without damage to the turntable. Align will design the turntables to meet your specific needs.
Rail Option
We’ve built many Flush Floor Turntables, including some with rail spurs built for the locomotive industry. With this option, carts are able to interact with the turntable, change direction on a dime, and move on to the next stage of manufacturing.
Low Maintenance
Air Caster technology floats heavy loads on a cushion of air, reducing friction and allowing easy rotation with minimal force. With fewer moving parts for less wear, maintenance is simplified with slide-out trays for easy air bearing replacement.

What kind of maintenance should I expect for the Air Caster Turntables?
Air Caster technology floats the load on a cushion of air, significantly reducing friction and allowing heavy loads to be rotated with minimal force. Because the Air Caster does most of the work, our tables require few moving parts and experience minimal wear and tear.
When maintenance is needed, our turntables feature slide-out trays for easy access to components. Regular maintenance, as outlined in the manual, and using the proper air settings with a clean and dry air supply, will prolong the lifespan.
