The High-Speed Air Caster Turntable, designed for precision and speed in robotic manufacturing, utilizes Airfloat Air Casters for fast, easy rotation with a low-profile design. It continues the workflow in production lines, with simultaneous rack loading and unloading while maintaining safe separation between workers, forklifts, and robotic systems. With standard capacities up to 10,000 lbs, custom capacities, and robotic integration options available, this turntable family is ideal for hitting target cycle times in work cell applications.

Air Caster technology floats heavy loads on a cushion of air, reducing friction and allowing easy rotation with minimal force. With fewer moving parts for less wear, maintenance is simplified with slide-out trays for easy air bearing replacement.

With Air Caster Turntables, while one side is being loaded up with a product or material, the other side can be unloaded by a robot or forklift - keeping workers at a safe distance from forklift activity. Center fencing options available for additional safety.

What kind of maintenance should I expect for the High Speed Air Caster Turntables?
Air Caster technology floats the load on a cushion of air, significantly reducing friction and allowing heavy loads to be rotated with minimal force. Because the Air Caster does most of the work, our tables require few moving parts and experience minimal wear and tear.
When maintenance is needed, our turntables feature slide-out trays for easy access to components. Regular maintenance, as outlined in the manual, and using the proper air settings with a clean and dry air supply, will prolong the lifespan.
What is the difference between the Round Air Caster Turntable and the High Speed Air Caster Turntable?
The main difference is cycle time. The Round Air Caster Turntable can have a cycle time as low as 10 seconds, while the High-Speed Air Caster Turntable can have a cycle time as low as 6 seconds. In addition to cycle time, the capacities and height of the turntable also differ to accommodate faster cycle time for the high-speed turntable.
How easy is it to repair or perform maintenance on the High Speed Air Caster Turntable?
We designed our High Speed Air Caster Turntables to make it simple and quick to replace all internal components stored in the center housing; such as the drive, the shot pin.
What is the capacity of each side of the High Speed Air Caster Turntable?
With a total capacity of 10,000 lbs., each side of the turntable can hold up to 5,000 lbs. Higher capacity variants are available upon request and can be designed by our Engineers.
