Overview

Over/Unders usually come in three position, five position, or seven position configurations. Customers commonly utilize gravity fed, inbound-outbound lanes, – however, powered lanes are a common option. Over/Unders are typically used to reduce fork truck demand, empower workers, and to index product racking into hard to reach manufacturing spaces. The Align Production Systems engineering team has years of experience designing custom engineered conveyor systems for industry leaders looking for specialty conveyor solutions to their manufacturing problems.

Safety
By keeping workers distanced from fork truck operations, conveyor systems give workers the space they need to safely perform their duties.
Queueing
Fork truck operations see increased efficiency with products being queued up for operators to move.
Ergonomics
Common options on our conveyor systems are our lifts, tilts, and rotates to help get products on the conveyor lines in the correct ergonomic position.
