Heavy Duty Mechanical Turntable

With high weight capacities, various sizes, and the ability to run extended amounts of time, these tables are highly capable. If needed, due to the large size, wheels will be added in order to give the table stability. Our low maintenance design keeps the potential for downtime to minimal by keeping the number of moving parts low and an optional automatic lubrication system that allows for low friction operation. These turntables are also excellent for outdoor applications or areas where an air supply cannot be easily connected.

While our Air Casters are made with high quality materials, you may find yourself with a worn down Air Caster after extended use. These can easily be replaced thanks to our slide-out trays, allowing for easy access to replace the Air Casters without removing the load if necessary.

Pneumatic Tilt Tables

Standard tilts tables are available in a range of top sizes at 30° or 45° angles and can position loads that weight thousands of pounds. Safety features include a toe kick plate, two up-stop chains per actuator, a safety prop for maintenance, corner retainer, debris skirt, and enclosed base pan to protect internal components. As with all our ergonomic equipment, the Pneumatic Tilt is compatible with our Lift Tables and Rotates.

Offering bolt-on or standalone operation, our rotates use sealed, lubricated-for-life slewing bearings that are superior to cheaper wheels or cam rollers. The Mechanical Rotates are built to withstand the demands of manufacturing and are easy and safe to implement. Our Mechanical Rotates are available in a range of top sizes with capacities of thousands of pounds and our low profile design at just 4″ high. Other options include Pneumatic friction brakes, 90° and 180° spring lock pin, riser base with fork pockets, and corner locators to hold the container in place. In addition to standalone operation, our lift tables can be integrated into a solution with our lift tables or tilt tables.
