Our Lifts & Tilts use Rulon Bushings that provide longer wear and extended operating life with a self-lubricating design. Combining these Bushings with our high quality steel creates a long lasting piece of equipment with minimal maintenance.
Our equipment can be used in many configurations such as Lift & Tilt, Lift & Rotate, and Lift, Tilt, and & Rotate Tables.
Align values high quality materials and engineering. Traditions bearings don’t provide sufficient lubrication, whereas the Rulon Bushings featured in our ergonomic equipment are self-lubricating. Our equipment allows for off-center loading thanks to our premium engineering and build quality.
Inbound and outbound lanes can be either gravity or powered, with pop-up chain cross transfer stations as a common feature. In addition to rollers, APS can provide chain indexing systems. Don’t forget to consider integration of APS lifts, tilts, rotates, or large rack-handling turntables into these systems. APS handles heavy racks, pallets, dunnage and containers, commonly designing systems for 2,000 to 8,000 lbs. loads. Controls can range from simple, manual operator actuated, to more complex robot PLC interface ready systems.
